My Orne Kitchen Diary

The new greenhouse has made such a difference, and has kept H busy for the last couple of weeks. He’s planted a range of vegetables; chard (silver beet and ruby), lettuces, beetroot, and peas. A great strike rate, too. He’s put out his onion sets and today planted strawberries. He’s ever so proud of his raised beds and I must say that area of the garden is taking on a very organised look. H is just so glad that he has less urgent work to do on the house so he can afford to spend pleasant days, like today, in the garden.
